When the dinner crowd heads home, the roadside trucks fire up the grills. They're called truk'i pan: plates of grilled meat with fries or bread, sauces, and an easy late-night crowd. Most park along Caracasbaaiweg on the way to Jan Thiel, in Saliña, or on Rooseveltweg near the airport. Some do breakfast and lunch instead.
